• Usage Data: Features used, number of reconciliations performed, error logs (anonymized)
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information
• Reconciliation Metadata: Number of properties, date ranges processed (no transaction details)
• Reconciliation Data: Transaction summaries (dates, amounts, descriptions) and original uploaded files (PDFs, images, CSVs) for tax reporting and reconciliation history.

• Process billing and subscriptions
• Send service updates and support communications
• Detect and prevent fraud or technical issues

• Anthropic: AI-powered reconciliation (data anonymized before processing)
• OpenAI: Embeddings for data processing (data anonymized before processing)

We do NOT sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your account information
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your reconciliation reports
• Opt-out of marketing emails
• Request information about data processing

8. Data Retention

• Reconciliation Reports: Available for download for 30 days, then deleted
• Account Data: Retained until account deletion, then purged within 30 days
• Billing Records: Retained for 7 years for tax/legal compliance

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before changes take effect.
